Bob Kramer has been my cycling coach for the past two years. During that time, I have had a good deal of success on the bike. Starting out as a realatively unknown cat 4 rider under Bob's tutelage, I quickly established myself in cycling circles by winning the Cat 4 GC yellow jersey at the Tour de Toona in 2007, and a Masters National Time Trial Championship that year as well. Bob and I had a good rapport. I found him very easy to work with. He was always available to answer my questions and address my various concerns. His technical knowledge was an added bonus. I would recommend him for any cyclist who wishes to better their skills and achievements without reservation.

 Testimonials

Bob,

"Wanted to thank you for your guidance over the last three seasons. You have guided me from struggling to complete a century to the point that I have just done back to back centuries! Of course I had to have the desire and heart to want to accomplish this milestone in my cycling experience. But when I approached you about my concerns about not feeling like eating until mid-morning the following day, you were right there with a solution, Hammer Recoverite. Though skeptical it would work, I registered for both the Sat. and the Sun. rides. Upon completion of the Sat. ride I drank the recoverite, and was amazed that I was actually hungry and ready to eat in about 50 min.! This allowed me to go into Sunday and average 18.3 mph on the flat to rolling 104 mile NEOC century riding by myself with up to 10mph headwinds on parts of the return course. I was very impressed with how the recoverite worked, I have not been able to eat well until mid-morning the following day after any of the centuries I have participated in, But the recoverite allowed me to be able to re-fuel and do very well the following day. Without it the 213 mile weekend would have been much more difficult, maybe even impossible. So thanks again for all your help. Will be looking forward to the next big challenge."
